BillJean is a payment service built by n-frames, LLC - a Minnesota based company which will henceforth be referred to as the ‘Company’, ‘us’ and ‘we’. The users/ customers of BillJean will be referred to by ‘you’ and ‘your’. BillJean is offered to you for a fee, as described on https://billjean.com/pricing

What BillJean Is and Isn’t

BillJean is NOT a payment processor and is NOT a payment gateway. We do NOT provide you with a merchant account. You need a merchant account with Stripe, Braintree or a similar payment processor to be able to use BillJean. We do not handle the processing of your customers’ credit and debit card information. We also do not store any of customers’ credit card information on our servers.

We are an invoicing and payment software built for growing SMBs. The actual processing of your customers’ credit card information and the secure storage of such information is handled by your payment processor or payment gateway.

Terms

By signing-up with BillJean and complying with all the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions we operate in, you get access to a limited and temporary license to use our application.

Disclaimer

The Company does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of claims made on the website. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

Ownership of Data

Your customers’ payment information are NOT stored on our servers and in no way belong to us. In case you need this information, you will have to get in touch with your merchant account provider or payment processor directly.

All the other data generated by you on BillJean like your customers list, customer contact information, subscription amounts, subscription dates, etc. are owned by you. We provide options on our application for you to export this data at any time.

If for any reason, you wish to stop using BillJean and would want us to delete all your data from our servers, please get in touch with our support. Upon receiving your request and confirming your authorization to do so, we will comply and purge all the data generated by you on application within 1 month of confirming the request.
